UV Protection: UPF 50+ — the fabric is treated to reflect UV rays, blocking 98% or more of ultraviolet radiation from reaching your skin. UPF 50+ is the highest rating available and is independently verified. For extended outdoor exposure — hiking, fishing, kayaking, gardening, golf — this is the protection level that matters.

Water & Stain Repellent: DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating applied to the shell — causes water to bead up and roll off the surface rather than soaking in. Also repels light stains from mud, dirt, and splashes. The coating that keeps the hat looking and performing like new through repeated outdoor use.

Brim: 4" brim length with floatable construction — the 4" brim provides significantly more sun coverage than a standard cap visor, shading the face, ears, and neck from all angles.
