Construction Deep-Dive

Primary Fabric: 4.3 oz. 60% combed ring-spun cotton / 40% polyester, 34 singles — the 34-singles yarn count is exceptionally fine. Standard tees use 18-20 singles; premium tees use 30 singles; the DM108 uses 34 singles. Higher singles = finer yarn = softer, more drapey, more lightweight fabric. Combed ring-spun processing removes short fibers and impurities before ring-spinning the remaining long fibers into a tighter, smoother strand. The 40% polyester adds shape retention, wrinkle resistance, and the subtle texture that defines the Perfect Blend® colorways.

Light Heather Grey: 90% combed ring-spun cotton / 10% polyester — a higher cotton content for a softer, more natural feel.
