Primary Fabric: 4.3 oz. 60% combed ring-spun cotton / 40% polyester, 34 singles — the 34-singles yarn count is exceptionally fine. For reference, standard tees use 18-20 singles; premium tees use 30 singles; the DM1190L uses 34 singles. The higher the singles count, the finer, smoother, and more drapey the yarn — and the softer the resulting fabric. Combed ring-spun processing removes short fibers and impurities before ring-spinning the remaining long fibers into a tighter, smoother strand. The 40% polyester adds shape retention, wrinkle resistance, and the subtle fleck texture that defines the Perfect Blend® colorways.
Light Heather Grey: 90% combed ring-spun cotton / 10% polyester — a higher cotton content for a softer, more natural feel with just enough polyester for the heathered effect.
